- Dedicated by Bishop Cretin in 1856, the oldest of The Catholic Cemeteries.
- Contains the remains of Archbishop John Ireland and several other bishops of the Archdiocese along with several hundred clergy and religious order graves.
- Encompasses nearly 100 developed acres of land in the City of St. Paul.
- Buried almost 101,000 persons since 1856, still currently averaging 290 burials per year.
- Began the development of a garden mausoleum complex in 1995, to date 4 buildings have been constructed providing several hundred crypts and niches, with several more planned in the future.
- Removed several roadways to provide additional new grave spaces and lawn crypts.

From Hwy 94 in Minneapolis exit Hwy 394 West to Hwy 169 north to Rockford Road east. Travel one mile to Xylon Ave. At stop light turn Right into cemetery.

- Commenced operation in 1961 as The Catholic Cemeteries newest cemetery.
- Consists of 82 acres of which 35 acres have been developed as cemetery.
- Buried nearly 9000 persons in its 39 year history, with a current annual interment rate of 275 persons.
- Built a chapel mausoleum in 1994 providing for the entombment of over 1000 persons in crypts and 400 persons in niches.
- Constructed a new office building across from the chapel mausoleum in 1994, along with construction of a new main entrance in 1999 at the intersection of 42nd Avenue and Xylon Avenue.

- Founded in 1940 as the largest cemetery property in the Archdiocese.
- Embraces nearly 350 acres, including a 37 acre lake, of which 150 acres have been developed for current cemetery use.
- Contains the burial of approximately 37,000 persons with a current average annual burial rate of 700 persons.
- Built a 1000 crypt mausoleum facility in 1980, our new Chapel Mausoleum at Resurrection Cemetery opened in 2002 with 1076 crypts and 917 niches.
- Offers a full selection of monument and non-monument graves, single depth lawn crypts, estate lots, private family mausolea, and sarcophaguses plus a variety of cremation burial options.

- Began in 1857 by St. Anthony's Parish, later controlled by the Diocese in 1880.
- Contains about 13 developed acres in Northeast Minneapolis.
- Buried nearly 13,500 persons since inception, with an annual burial rate of 30 persons.
- Developed a single depth lawn crypt section in 1996, though remaining grave space in the cemetery is limited.
- Managed and maintained by Gethsemane Cemetery.

- Opened in 1873 by the Church of the Immaculate Conception (Basilica), control given over to Diocese in 1887.
- Embraces approximately 65 developed acres in the heart of South Minneapolis.
- Has had 64,200 interments since inception, with a current average of 175 burials per year.
- Dedicated a new garden mausoleum in 1994 which contains 600 crypts and 200 niches.
- Closed off several roadways providing a wide selection of single depth lawn crypts and conventional gravesites.
- Managed and maintained by Calvary Cemetery.
